Fo8 Terms and Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Guidelines

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the fo8 platform, accessible via the fo8.fun website and fo8 mobile app ("Platform"). This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as the user and fo8 as the platform operator.

By performing any of the following actions, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to fully comply with these Terms:

• Registering a new account on the fo8 platform
• Log in to an existing fo8 account
• Using any part of the fo8 platform, including browsing the website
• Performing any financial transaction through the fo8 platform

To use the fo8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years of age. fo8 takes age limit compliance seriously and enforces strict age verification (KYC) procedures.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the country where you reside.

• Providing an active phone number and email address that you personally own

Regarding Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet in the same user's name

• Registering more than one account or using a false identity

• Threatening, harassing or abusing members of the fo8 support team or other users
• Sharing account login details with any other party

Fo8 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user under the following circumstances:

• The user violates any part of these Terms and Conditions
• The user fails to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe
• Information provided during registration or KYC is found to be inaccurate or false
• Fo8 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Upon the user's own request for voluntary account closure

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the fo8 support team. Any remaining valid funds in the account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once identity verification is complete.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, fo8 shall not be liable for:

• Any losses or damages arising from unfavorable betting or game outcomes
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond fo8's control, including internet outages, third-party server failures or natural disasters
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials
• Any indirect, consequential costs, or loss of profits under any circumstances

Fo8's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

The collection, use, and protection of users' personal information is governed by the fo8 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the fo8 platform, you agree to the processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
